Firm
Specialists, not generalists.
TSG Claims prepares claims and quantifies losses for the policyholder. Our authority derives from the client's instructions, not from any implied licence to carry on regulated activities.
Where the mandate comes from
We act on the policyholder's instructions. Reviewing policy wordings, reconstructing turnover, identifying deductibles, reconciling accounts and providing technical support to a claim is distinct from broking insurance, exercising the powers of a regulated loss adjuster, or appearing in court.
Where our scope stops
Legal representation, opinions reserved to a regulated profession and audit certifications remain with whoever holds the applicable Colombian licence. Where a matter requires it, we say so and the appropriate professional is instructed.
Independence and conflicts
We run a documented conflicts check before accepting instructions. The engagement letter identifies the client represented, prohibits guaranteeing an outcome, and records that the claim rests on genuine documents.
Traceability as method
Every working paper shows source, calculation, reconciliation and the evidence linking the amount to the loss. The file is organised in four columns: occurrence, causation, quantum, and coverage or exclusions.
